The members of
Patrol 1 would like to publicly thank the Chicago Fire Department (dubbed the
Renegades. In the face of our City's Disaster they left their homes and forged
into the belly of the beast. Thank you brothers, for the tireless effort and
expertise you brought to Ground Zero, assisting with the rescue and for the
compassion of your members while attending numerous memorial services. A
special thanks to your families for understanding how much you were needed
here. We are forever grateful
